Reporting day & time: Reporting is on 1st day of the Camp between 2pm to 3:30pm and departure on the last day after 2pm. For example for 22nd to 26th March Camp, Reporting will be on 22nd March and Departure will be on 26th March.
Group Booking: All participants registering in a group of 3 or more will get gift worth Rs 150 each
Registration Steps: Kindly understand eligibility before registering for any camp
1. Create your profile, Add your kids under your profile. After adding them you can register them. Watch above video for assistance.
2. Registering online, Choose appropriate Date, Room or Dormitory option and then make payment, Once payment is done, you will get payment receipt on mail, which is confirmation of seat.
3. Send signed Consent form. Print the hard copy form, after filling and signing it, send it with your child on the day of reporting. Kindly note that without this hard copy kids will not be admitted in Camp.
4. Download 'Things to get' and ensure all the items listed are sent in a backpack.
5. Follow 'Art of Living Camps' Instagram & Facebook page, We will post Camp pics after 10 days .

IMPORTANT
Email id which you will use for registration , through that email ID 'Intuition Process Practice App ' access will be given.
After Camp for next 7 days online practice will be conducted at 7:30 pm daily in April & 11am in May
Weekly online practice will happen on Sundays through out the year at 10am - Module 1 & at 12am Module 2
Practice will be conducted on Zoom, ID & Password will be sent in Whats app group or community
Register at least 7 days before each camp to avoid the disappointment of Rooms and Camp getting full.
Cancellations: In case a participant can not make it for the chosen date then they come on any other date in Summer.

Kindly note that Triveni Ashram does not have a refund policy. Participant will get a credit note from Triveni Ashram which is valid for six months and can be used for any Art of Living course in Triveni Ashram, Pune

Vashi @ 8:15am- Nerul - Kharghar - Kalamboli @ 8:45am- Triveni Ashram @ 12:15pm
If we have more than 5 participants from Thane/ Mulund/ Powai area then a separate car or bus will be booked, however, we do not promise if any volunteer will accompany them till Vashi. At Vashi, we will have our volunteers and the main bus so these kids will join them there.
Pune pick up & drop points: Buses will start at 10:30am and will reach ashram by 12:30pm
Nal stop - S.B. Rd. Chaturshringi temple - Bremen circle - Kokane Chowk - Nasik phata - Bhosri - Alandi - Triveni Ashram OR
Swargate - RTO Pune/ Pune Station - Yerwada - Viman Nagar - Kharadi Bypass - Wagholi - Triveni Ashram.
The route is selected depending upon the registered participants, Pick up stops will remain as per route.
Transport Guidelines
Separate 'Whats app group' will be created for bus co-ordination (no other information or pictures will be shared in this group)
This group will be created 2 days before a camp.
Live location of the Bus will be shared throughout the journey, also message will be sent on the group upon reaching each pick up point.
( Kindly do not call us to know where is the bus, we won't be able to answer frequent calls )
Kindly send some snacks to eat during travelling, We will provide snacks only in Mumbai bus while returning to Mumbai
Send motion sickness medicines or puke bags with them
You can change the pick up point 1 day before also, Kindly convey it in the group
Transport service booking will be closed 3 days before the camp starts.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations of Transport Service 3 days before camp.
Kindly be at the mentioned stop at least 10 mins before the given time, Buses will not wait if you are late. Buses will not stop at any other point apart from the points mentioned.
Drop points will be the same but on the opposite side
Buses will be accompanied by a Volunteer or Teacher and their number will be shared on same day of travel
Participant can we avail one side travel too
Can parents come in the same bus with kids to go for family retreat?
YES. But, on departure day parent or guardian has to reach on given time, they should leave their course early if needed to be on time. Kindly note Bus will leave on time as late departure causes traffic issues and very late arrival to Mumbai bus till Borivali.
